Marking its presence in India for 20 years, Hyundai has launched a special edition of the Xcent called the Xcent 20th Anniversary Edition in the country.
The special edition has been priced at Rs. 6.22 lakh for the petrol version and Rs. 7.15 lakh for the diesel (Both prices, ex-showroom Delhi). It is based on the S trim of the sedan and it costs Rs. 17,000 higher than the standard S trim.

The Anniversary edition gets cosmetic changes along with some add-ons .On the exterior, the sedan gets a 20th anniversary badge, chrome detailing on the lower front grille and on the rear boot lit, graphics on sides profiles, and boot lip spoiler with reflector strip.
Inside, it gets black and red dual-tone fabric upholstery and a new 6.2-inch touchscreen audio system while the standard trim comes with beige and black upholstery and 2-DIN audio system.
Both the variants will continue to run on the same engines -1.2-liter petrol engine and 1.1-liter diesel engine. Both engines are mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
The production run for the special edition will be limited to only 2,400 units and will be available in white and silver paint schemes.
