Mercedes Benz India will be launching the elite SUV, the GLE 450 AMG Coupe in India on January 12. The company is already offering the premium SUVs like GLA, GLE, and the GL in India and the latest addition to the Indian lineup will be the GLE AMG Coupe.
Mercedes Benz to Roll Out GLE 450 AMG Coupe on January 12
The GLE 450 AMG Coupe is a five-seater SUV inspired from the trending elegant Coupe model as well as the rugged SUV designs, aims at delivering high-end performance on various tracks. Powering the SUV is a 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged petrol V6 mill developing 362bhp of power at 5500rpm and 516Nm of torque at 1800rpm through a nine-speed automatic transmission. The massive mill helps the SUV to achieve 100kmpl in just 5.6 seconds.
The GLE Coupe will get the AMG pattern body kit and alloy wheels. The SUV will be replete with features like multi-functioned steering, three-zone climate control, auto-dimming, adjustable and retractable ORVMs, electronically adjustable seats and headrests. It also gets cruise control and a rear-view camera with guidance.
The GLE 450 AMG Coupe would cost you almost one crore Indian rupees to start with and will compete with the BMW X6 after its launch.
