NEET 2017 Results: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination (NEET) 2017 results are likely to be declared today, according to sources familiar with the matter. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), is the authority to conduct exam and declare results of NEET, has already done the paperwork and the results of NEET 2017 is ready, which is expected to roll out anytime soon. Experts have said the probability for the board to declare the results on Monday (June 19th) is high in accordance with the release of OMR and NEET Answer Keys 2017.
Supreme Court of India has ruled out the order of Madras High Court to stay the results and ordered CBSE to declare results before June 26th. As per the order, CBSE will publish the All India Rank (AIR) and merit and roll number wise results on its official website of cbseneet.nic.in.
This year, around 11.38 lakh students had appeared for National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination (NEET) 2017. Following the exam, speculations and controversies were buzz surrounding NEET with several people moved on to Madras High Court and Gujarat High Court on several grounds in respect to the NEET 2017. Madras High Court, however, ordered to not release the results and had to put a stay, the Supreme Court revoked the stay and ordered to declare the results by June 26. The OMR and Answer Keys for NEET 2017 was release immediately prior to the already said date.
CBSE hasn’t officially announced on when the results for NEET 2017 will b out. As per sources, there are high possibilities that NEET 2017 Results to get released today or by tomorrow. As CBSE is the authority of the NEET 2017, they would release Roll no wise, All India Rank and Sate wise rank for NEET 2017 on its official website cbseneet.nic.in anytime soon. Medical Counseling Committee is the authority for conducting counseling for All India Quota (15%) will release the counseling schedule subsequent to the release of the NEET 2017 results in its website. The State authorities will conduct counseling for 85% percent State Quota, and the schedule for the same will be released by the respective State authorities.
As per sources, MCC will conduct counseling for All India Quota in July while the respective states will conduct counseling for the State Quota in August. Stay tuned for more news on NEET 2017!
