UPSC IAS Mains 2016 Results

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducted the Mains 2016 in December and its results are yet published at their official website upsc.gov.in. There is no word from UPSC about when they will declare the results for the UPSC Mains 2016. IAS aspirants who had appeared for the exam have been eagerly waiting for the results, which seem the results will not be out anytime soon.

We believe that re-evaluation might be the reason for the delay in releasing the UPSC Civil Services IAS Mains 2016 result. There has been confusion over the Mains 2016 that held in December as several candidates pointed out that there was significant difference in Hindi translation of the essay topic “If development is not ‘’, it is endangered” versus English version.

Following the issue, UPSC has informed that they will evaluate the term ‘engendered’ on various interpretations pushing benefits to the candidates. UPSC will usually consider as valid various interpretations used by candidates in answering a question in the civil services mains exam during the evaluation.

The result of UPSC Civil Services IAS Mains 2016 is yet to be announced and keep checking for the announcement with us. You can check the results by entering relevant data on their official website. We’ll keep you posted once the result is out.
