Finally Director Suraj Apologizes to all Heroines. Director Suraj made a brutalize statement on Tamannaah and other heroines in general when he was asked about Tamannaah glamorous role in Kathi Sandai movie during a movie promo interview.

As soon as the video was out, it went viral on social media, earning him hatred tweets and posts on social media. Celebrities took the issue to Twitter and publicly condemned Suraj for his offensive remarks on actresses. Nayanthara, in a tweet said, “Who is Suraj to say such a derogative statement against heroines? Does he think that heroines are strippers who will come and shed their clothes just because they are paid money? Will he dare to speak such things about working women in his family?”

Actress Tamannaah wrote on Twitter saying, “This is 2016 and it’s very ironic that I had to leave a film like Dangal in the middle which is on woman empowerment to tackle this issue. I am very hurt and angered by the comments made by my director Suraj and I would definitely want him to apologize not only to me but to the entire women in the industry.”

After he was hit back actors and netizens, the director finally released a statement on Twitter apologizing to all heroines. In a tweet post, he said, “I am really sorry and would like to apologize Ms. Tamannaah and all the heroines in the industry. My intention was not to show anyone in bad light or hurt their sentiments. I am sorry once again and take back my comments.”
