Baahubali 2 review

Still a day left for the grandeur Baahubali 2: The conclusion to release in India, the first review of the movie is out and it comes from none other than Umair Sandhu, member of UAE, UK Censor Board. Leaving a strong impact among the members of the censor board, Umair quoted the film got a standing ovation from the censor board.

The movie is releasing in UAE April 27th, a day before it hits theatres in India, Umair gave the movie a five star rating, who hardly gives a movie such rating, compares the scale and grandeur CGI used in  the movie to Hollywood hit series “Lord of the Rings” and the “Harry Potter”. He says that everything from splendid city of Mahishmati to spectacular waterfalls, breath-taking cliffs were developed to look stunning and realistic that none other Indian movies have shown it with such great details. He quotes “beyond fantastic” for the stunning visuals in the movie.

Though, he doesn’t reveal a bit of anything about the story or even why Kattappa killed Baahubali in the first part, Umair praises the casting of Baahubali 2 is “just perfect with every actor doing a brilliant job in their respective roles.” He gives special mention to the performance of Prabhas saying “Career Best Performance” while Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty & Tammannah get “Fantastic” scoring and mentions the performance of Nasser and Satyaraj as “impressive”. Thus, he praises the performance of every character in the movie as they have done brilliant job in their respective roles. Ramaya Krishnan, despite being in a supporting role manages to leave an impact, he quoted.

Umair awes everything in the movie from grandeur sets to VFX, screenplay, sound, edit, cinematography and each department of the movie to “beyond fantastic” and certainly huge thumbs to mindblowing story, screenplay, dialogues, music & screenplay. He hints at something incredible about Kattappa, of cours, that must be the mystery about his killing, wows “outstanding performance”. He lauds director SS Rajamouli for delivering a movie of this scale, dreaming big and daring to bring them onto screen. He calls Baahubali 2 a box-office blockbuster today, but will be remembered as an evergreen classic ever in the history of Indian cinemas.
