Kamal Haasan fans have got great news to rejoice as the post-production works of Ulaganayagan’s long pending project Vishwaroopam 2 is resumed today. The spy thriller which is sequel to the 2013 hit Vishwaroopam has to be released a long time back, but due to inside politics and financial hurdles, the film was delayed for a while.
Dubbing and post-production works have been resumed with the same technicians who worked in the first instalment. While the shoot was completed earlier, sources revealed that there’s only a week of patchwork left behind. Music director Ghibran shared his excitement over working on Vishwaroopam 2. He tweeted, “Started working on #Vishwaroopam2! Excited and thrilled as it’s my first film started with Sir @RajeshMSelva @kunal_rajan.”
Rajesh M Selva has posted the film’s updates. This is what he has to say, “Yes, Vishwaroopam 2 revived..! Post works with the same old crew back in action. With the team working on tight schedules, we can expect the film to be released soon than the movie goers would expect. Directed by Kamal Haasan, it has Andrea Jeremiah and Pooja Kumar as the leading ladies. The film will be released by Aascar Films.
