iBall launches Andi 5N Dude with 5-inch screen at Rs. 4,099

    In a bid to position itself as a prominent smartphone maker in the budget smartphone category, iBall has announced the launch of its new Andi series smartphone, dubbed iBall Andi 5N Dude. Priced at Rs. 4,099, the handset is now listed on the company’s website, but the company isn’t telling its availability, just yet.

    The Andi 5N Dude supports dual-SIM functionality and runs dated Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. The device packs in a 5-inch FWVGA display with a screen resolution of 854 x 480 pixels and 196ppi pixel density. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, paired with 512MB of RAM and Mali 400 GPU. Internal storage is 4GB, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.

    Camera-wise, you’ll get a 5MP camera on the back and a VGA (0.3MP) camera on the front. On the connectivity front, you’ll get 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB with OTG, and A-GPS.  It is backed by a 2000mAh battery and will be available only in Gold color option.
