CM Amma Jayalalithaa Health Update: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa, who has been hospitalized for almost three weeks will be soon discharged from hospital, says Kerala Governor P. Sathasivam today.
The Governor along with Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan visited Apollo Hospitals, Chennai today. “All the specialists’ doctors informed us that there is a good response to the treatment and she is likely to be discharged soon and soon she will take over the administration of the state,” Sathasivam told the media.
The 68-year old Amma Jayalalithaa was admitted to the hospital on September 22, 2016 after she become restless and tumbled to the ground at her residence. She was immediately rushed to the Apollo Hospitals, Chennai and was conceded for fever, and dehydration.
Apollo Hospitals on Saturday in a press statement said, “The respiratory support is closely watched and adjusted. Lungs decongestion treatment is being continued. All other comprehensive measures including nutrition, supportive therapy and passive physiotherapy are under way.”
Jayalalithaa is currently on respiratory backing and has been recuperation well.
The Opposition party leader DMK Stalin visited Jayalalithaa at the hospitals. At the press meet, he said, “I went by the doctor’s facility and enquired about Jayalalithaa’s wellbeing. A team of doctors are monitoring her health and she is responding well to the comprehensive treatment, We wish her fast recuperation.”
He further added that, “Till her arrival let there be a representative or a between time boss priest to determine key issues like the Cauvery debate. Somebody next in the chain of importance can assume responsibility. That is our stand.”
There are a lot of rumors spreading across the state about her health condition. Everything are false claims, according to reports. Try not to have faith in gossipy tidbits, as of now, she is good and will return home soon.
Some sources have confirmed that she has been responding well and she has opened her eyes. Several leaders including, Tamil Nadu Governor Vidyasagar Rao, Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi, BJP State President Tamilisai Sounderarajan, and Puducherry Lt Governor Kiran Bedi have visited the hospital and enquired about her. Everyone wishes for her speedy recuperation.
