Indian Motorcycles has launched the long-pending cruiser in the India market, the Scout Sixty in the country at Rs. 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
With the addition of this motorcycle to the Indian lineup, the Scout Sixty is now the most affordable offering from the Indian Motorcycles.
The Indian Scout Sixty shares almost every element from its elder sibling Scout except engine and hues. The Indian Scout Sixty is powered by a 999cc V-Twin engine that is tuned to produce 76bhp and 88.8Nm of torque at 5800rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed transmission.
The Indian Motorcycles will be offering a wide range of accessories to choose from including seats, handlebars, foot peg relocators, saddlebags and so on to match their taste. It will be available in three colors – Thunder Black, Red and Pearl White with deliveries starting from July 2016.
The Indian Scout Sixty is Rs. 88,000 lesser than its elder sibling Scout that is powered by a 1,134cc engine that churns out 99bhp and 97.7Nm of torque.
