Lava V2s with 8MP front camera goes on sale for Rs. 7,899

India’s home grown firm, Lava, hasn’t yet made the Lava V2s official, however, the smartphone is now available for purchase on Amazon India in icy white and mirror black colors at Rs. 7,899. The handset comes with 4G LTE support and boasts 8-megapixels on both the rear as well as the back with LED flash.

As for other specs, the Lava V2s features a 5” 720p display with pixel density of 294ppi and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. The handset is powered by a 1GHz quad-core processor clubbed with 2GB of RAM and internal storage is 8GB. It comes with a microSD expansion of up to 32GB, in case if you run out of storage space. Measuring 141.6×70.8x8mm and weighing 129 grams, the phone packs 2500mAh battery. In terms of connectivity, you’ll get all standard options, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and micro USB among others.

Lava Flair S1 which has been listed on company’s site at Rs. 4,349 has already gone for sale via Flipkart, Snapdeal and Amazon India with a price tag of RS. 3,799.

The company lately has been expanding its budget smartphone portfolio in India with new mobile launches month-over-month. The home-grown company, earlier this month launched the Iris Fuel F2 for Rs. 4,444.
