Lenovo has announced a new smartphone, the Vibe S1 Lite that carries an aggressive price tag of $199. The smartphone is scheduled to hit the stores in the first quarter of 2016.
The Vibe S1 Lite sports a 5-inch (1920×1080 pixel resolution) full HD display and is powered by a 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. The dual-SIM device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with the company’s UI on top. It comes with a 16GB inbuilt storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD.
The handset equips a 13-megapixel rear sensor with dual-tone LED flash, phase detection autofocus (PDAF), and BSI sensor. It also sports an 8-megapixel front camera with LED flash and packs a 2700mAh battery.
On the hand, the company also unveiled a handful of devices ahead of CES 2016, including 2 new laptops, an all-in-one system, a tablet, a monitor, two 2-in-1 laptops, two ThinkCentre-in-one systems, apart from a new budget laptop with Chrome OS and Windows 10 variants.
