You might have already aware that Lenovo’s latest smartphones from Moto brands – the Moto Z Droid Edition and Moto Z Force Droid Edition have ditched headphone jack just yet.
The same design language has been rumored for Apple’s upcoming iPhone 7. The phones have USB Type-C port at the bottom, and the package comes with a headphone adapter, which is a bundled adapter.
It’s a little long adapter that plugs in traditional headphones allowing you to listen to your favorite songs.
If you have wired USB Type-C headphones, you may rather use it with the phone instead of carrying an extra adapter with you. Also, you can pair Bluetooth headphones with your phone as well.
The Moto Z is incredibly thin, and it’s a great deal for leaving behind the headphone jack. Lenovo is at least including it in the box instead of charging extra, which would be absurd. Hopefully, Apple follows the same path.
