LG India has launched yet another Stylus smartphone in the country that made its global debut in earlier January this year. The LG Stylus 2 is priced at Rs. 20,500 that has been listed on the company’s official Indian site. There are no details on availability just yet, but we can expect the smartphone to hit the online and offline stores soon.
Unlike its predecessor, the stylus of the phone sports nano-coated tip that improves the accuracy of the pen whereas the LG G4 Stylus bears a rubber tipped pen. The handset features a large 5.7-inch 720p In-Cell display and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor. Doubling the processor speed is taken care by 2GB of RAM and it packs 16GB of internal storage that offers microSD support as well.
On the rear, you’ll get a 13MP camera with CMOS sensor along with an 8MP front-facing camera. The handset comes with both LTE and voice-over-LTE (VoLTE) and also includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, and Micro-USB.
The LG Stylus comes with Pen Pop feature that pops up when the stylus is removed from the phone and triggers some of the shortcuts such as Pop Memo and Pop Scanner. There’s also the Pen Keeper that alerts when the stylus bay us empty. The handset will be available in Brown and Titan color variants.
