Google Pixel and Pixel XL Features
The Google Pixel smartphones will come in two models – Pixel and Pixel XL – 5-inch HD display and a 5.5-inch QHD display, respectively. The highlight of the phone is its 12.3MP camera – the fastest and best camera on any Android phone ever. The Pixel camera has been rated 89 by DXoMark, the highest rating given for any smartphone camera. The 12.3MP camera on the back of the Pixels comes with an f/2.0 aperture with large 1.55μm pixels. The HDR+ photos are quiet good as well as in the low light environment and also supports 4K videos. There’s no image stabilization technology used in the camera system, however, turning HDR+ manually slows down the phone for every shot. The auto HDR is pretty fast.
The Google Pixel and Pixel XL are powered by Google Assistant. Also, Google Pixel is the first phone to support Daydream VR that is compatible with $79 Daydream View headset. The phone will be updated in the background whenever an update is released and a dedicated 24-hour live phone support is available as well. You can transfer data from Apple device to Pixel seamlessly with the accompanying tool and adaptor.
