One Plus 2 prices slashed permanently, now down to $349

The Chinese mobile firm, OnePlus has announced the price cut for the 64GB variant of the One Plus 2 in the US, which will now retail at $349, down $40 that the previous cost of the model. The price cut has been made only to the 64GB variant as the 16GB variant has been discontinued. However, there is no word on when this price cut will reflect in Indian shore, but we can expect an announcement from the company soon.

OnePlus Co-Founder Carl Pei confirmed the news on the company’s forum. “The OnePlus 2 now has a price modification of $349,” he said. Pei also confirmed that consumers who bought the OnePlus 2 smartphone within the last 15 days will be getting a refund in price – $40.

The company has made some significant moves recently, the latest offering from the company – the OnePlus X went on sale invite free and orders above $100 will be shipping at free of cost worldwide. From these, we assume that OnePlus is strengthening their portfolio across the global market.
