Samsung has launched the Galaxy Tab E 8.0 with 4G LTE support in Taiwan last week and there are reports claiming that we can expect a 7-inch variant soon. As per sources, specifications of the alleged Galaxy Tab E 7.0 carrying a model number of SM-T280 have been leaked via Twitter.

As far specs, the new tab will be powered by an unnamed 1.3GHz processor, and have a 7-inch 720p display, 1.5GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt storage and an expandable microSD option. There will be another model (SM-T285) offering 4G support, according to the leak. Also, there are reports saying that the South Korean company is also working on a Lite version of the Galaxy Tab E and the Kids version as well.
