Sony has announced that the next update for the PlayStation 4 will bring some exciting features along with Remote Play to Windows PCs and Mac. The beta version 3.50 has kick started today and those who had already selected for beta program can try new features expect the Remote Play.

The new update will let you notified when you friends come online, so you can flatly dive into your favorite multiplayer games with your friends. It brings offline option, if you don’t want to be disturbed by any of your friends, you can set to appear offline when you log-in or at any time from your Profile or the Quick Menu.

Sony also introduced – User Scheduled Event – with this feature, you’ll have the ability to schedule a future gameplay session with your friends. Once the event starts, those who had already registered for the event will be automatically added to the party so you have fun right away. Also, you can now check what the party members are playing so that you can easily join a friend’s game.

The Remote Play option allows you to stream your games on any Windows or Mac machine. However, this feature will not be available in the beta version, but you can expect it to roll out soon. Lastly, the new update will let you live stream directly to Dailymotion on PS4, which now joins the existing list of Twitch, Ustream, and YouTube Gaming, all three natively supported on the PS4.
