Sony will be rolling out its latest version for PS4, the 3.50, codenamed Musashi today for general public. It was available as the beta version to users who already registered on Sony’s preview program until now, which will be available to everyone starting today.

The most significant feature of the update is the PS4 Remote Play feature that allows you to play PS54 games on your Windows Pc or Mac. You should have a PC with Windows 8.1 or later, or OS X10.10 later. You’ll require a Dualshock 4 controllers connected to your PC as well as Remote Play software installed, indeed.  You also have the option to choose a different resolution for your gaming on your PC as well.

“You can use one DualShock 4 as the controller for Remote Play, which needs to be connected to your PC / Mac via a USB cable. After the system software update launches, you’ll be able to download the Remote Play Installer here,” wrote John Koller on Vice President, PlayStation Brand Marketing, Sony Computer Entertainment of America on the PlayStation blog.
