Google’s premium tablet, the Pixel C, has been made available for purchase in select markets, the company said in a statement.
The Google Pixel C tablet finds a premium space in the pixel lineup and the first android tablet of its kind. The tablet is priced at $499 (approximately Rs. 33,000).
The Google Pixel C is full aluminum built, sports a 10.2-inch (2560×1800 pixels) display, and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It is powered by Nvidia Tegra X1 SoC with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of on-board storage.
It is also available with 64GB inbuilt storage, priced at $599 (approx. Rs. 39,500).
On the camera front, it sports an 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front sensor. It also includes connectivity options such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, sensors, GPS, USB Type C-port and many more.
An optional keyboard kit is also available at $150 (approx. Rs. 9,900) which connects to the tablet via magnets and supports wireless charging. The Google Pixel C will be available in the US and other select markets.
