In a bid of expanding its budget smartphone portfolio in the country, the homegrown phone maker, Intex has launched two budget friendly smartphones – the Aqua Pride and Aqua Q7N and is priced Rs. 4,999 and Rs. 4,190 respectively. Both handsets are currently listed on the company’s website so we might expect them hitting the online and retail stores soon.
The 5-inch Intex Aqua Pride has a 480p display with a pixel density of 196ppi. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box and features dual-SIM functionality. Under the hood, you’ll get a quad-core MediTek processor clocked at 1.3GHz, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage, a 5MP rear camera, a 2MP selfie camera and a 2800mAh battery. Connectivity options include GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, A-GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, and Micro-USB. The smartphone will support 3G on one SIM and GPRS/ EDGE on second. It measures 141.5×72.8×9.6mm and weighs 150 grams. It will be available in Champagne, Grey, and White colours.
The Intex Aqua Q7N packs a 4.5-inch 480p display, a 1GHz quad-core Spreadtrum processor, 512MB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, a microSD expansion slot, a 5MP rear camera, a VGA front camera and the 2000mAh battery complete the package.
The Intex Aqua Q7N runs Android 5.1 Lollipop and supports dual-SIM as well. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS/ A-GPS, 3G, Wi-Fi, and Micro-USB. It measures 135x66x9.5mm and will be available in Champagne, Grey, and White colours.
