Moto C and Moto C Plus launched

With just a couple of days ago, Motorola’s 2017 lineup of smartphones was leaked online, the company today launched the entry-level smartphones – Moto C and Moto C plus down the line. These Android Nougat based smartphones are the cheapest devices from the company portfolio till date, starting at $97 or Rs. 6,200.

Both Moto C and C Plus will be available this spring in Latin America, Europe, and the Asian Pacific. The devices are expected to hit the Indian market in June. The Moto C line will be available in three variants – Moto C (3G), Moto C (4G) and the Moto C Plus and are priced at Rs. 6,200, Rs. 6,900 and Rs. 8,300 respectively.

  • Four colors: cherry, white, gold, and black
  • Starts at €119 for 1GB RAM / 16GB storage

Both Moto C and Moto C Plus smartphones will hit the store shelves this spring. While they both have similar specifications, they differ in display size, cameras and battery capacity. Given that both version of the phone have 1GB RAM, it depends on the market on where it is available as the C Plus variants can go up to 2GB RAM. Likewise, the color options are also market dependent.
