Dell has launched a new range of portable, elegant Latitude laptops and 2-in-1 devices powered by Windows 10 Professional edition in India starting Rs. 44,999. The Latitude lineup comprises three laptops – Dell Latitude 13 (7370) Ultrabook, Latitude 12 (7275) detachable notebook and the Latitude 11 (5175) 5000 2-in-1 laptop. Besides the new devices, the company also announced its revamped version of Latitude 3000 and Latitude 5000 series.
Dell Latitude 11 5000 series
The base model – Latitude 11 (5175) 5000 sports a 10.8-inch full-HD touch display with corning Gorilla Glass protection. You can configure the device with either sixth generation Intel Core m3 or Core m5 processors and the high variant comes with 8GB of LPDDR3 SDRAM and 512GB SSD SATA storage.
It also features 8/5MP camera combo and has a USB 3.0 port, Type-A Micro-USB 3.0, Micro-HDMI, SD memory card reader, and SIM card slot. In the wireless connectivity department, the device houses Wi-Fi, Miracast, NFC, 4G LTE support, and Bluetooth v4.1. This model will be retailing at its authorized stores across the country starting at Rs. 59,999.
Dell Latitude 12 7000 series
The next model Latitude 12 (7275) 7000 detachable notebook is the company’s lightest 12.5-inch 2-in-1 portable laptop. It comes in full-HD touch and UHD Touch variants and they are 8mm thin with Corning Gorilla Glass NBT protection. The series can be configured with Core m3, Core m5, and Core m7 processors and up to 8GB of RAM. Also, it has 8/5MP camera combo as well.
The device employs magnetic latch to hook the screen with the keyboard. It comes with two options of keyboard – Dell Latitude 12 Slim Keyboard and the Dell Latitude 12 Premium keyboard. The laptop will be available in the stores this month starting at Rs. 87,999.
Dell Latitude 13 7000 series
The high-end model of the series is the Dell Latitude 13 (7370) 7000 Series Ultrabook, which is claimed as the smallest 13-inch business ultrabook. It features a 13.3-inch Infinity Edge display that comes in full-HD resolution non-touch and QHD+ resolution Touch display variants.
The Latitude 13 7370 include USB Type-C ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.1, Micro-USB 3.0 with support for Thunderbolt 3, 4G LTE support, microSD card reader, and Micr-SIM card slot. As for the security, users get a smartcard reader, fingerprint reader, and RFID reader, apart from security and encryption software.
