Alongside the announcement of the 2016 models of Galaxy A5 and A7, Samsung has also announced that the Galaxy TabPro S will be launched in India in April or May. The Windows 10-powered Galaxy TabPro S made its official debut at the CES last month. The company hasn’t revealed the pricing details for the tablet.
To recall, the Galaxy ProTab S features a 12-inch Super AMOLED display that runs at 2,560×1,440 and it features all the sumptuous blacks and vivid colors you’d come to expect from a Samsung panel.The convertible tablet is powered by a Intel Core m3 processor clocked at 2.2GHz, clubbed with 3GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of onboard, solid-state storage. The tab packs 5-megapixel front and rear cameras, and a 5200mAh battery to light the device. The Tab runs either Home or Pro edition of Windows 10 of your choice and supports 4G LTE Cat 6 connectivity, aside 3G and 2G. On the connectivity front, the device includes a USB Type-C port, a micro-USB 2.0, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and all other standard connectivity options.
The Galaxy ProTab S will take on the likes of Google’s Pixel C, iPad Pro 4 and Surface Pro 4.
