Microsoft will start rolling out Windows 10 mobile update for wide range Lumia smartphones, sometime later this month.
An email between Microsoft and its partners has been cited revealing the company’s plan.
The report claims that Microsoft will be rolling out the upgrade in two distinct processes. The rollout will begin “passively,” but at some point, the Redmond, Washington-based company will pick up the pace.
A separate report, which cites Vodafone Italy, claims that the carrier will begin upgrading a range of Lumia smartphones with Windows 10 Mobile as soon as next week.
Microsoft had earlier said that the roll out to select Lumia smartphones would begin starting December, but it has been delayed for a couple of times. However, it is reportedly confirmed that we can expect Microsoft to seed update to the Lumia smartphones later this month.
