Xiaomi unveils iHealth, slimmer 10,000mAh Mi Power Bank – Mi Band 2 announced

Alongside the launch of Mi Max and MIUI 8, Xiaomi also launched some accessories but the successor of Mi Band launch has been pushed to June. However, company’s CEO Lei Jun made an announcement regarding the Mi Band 2 that the production delays made the company to delay the launching of the fitness tracker cum smartwatch.

The iHealth box has been priced at CNY 399 (Rs. 4,000) that works beyond the smart band measuring deeper health-related metrics like the blood pressure, heart rate and more. It packs in a 4.3-inch display and will connect via Wi-Fi.

iHealthThe company also unveiled the slimmer version of the 10,000mAh Mi Power Bank for CNY 149 (Rs. 1.500). The side profiles are just 12.6mm thick and features one USB Type-C port, standard USB port and LED indicators. You can charge the battery or a phone with Type-C port.

Mi Power BankComing to Mu Band 2, the fitness tracker for the first time features a display with an aim to reduce the dependency of the smartphone. It will track several fitness related details such as steps walked, speed, heart rate and calories burned.   The device is expected to be unveiled in the first week of June. There’s no word on pricing at this time, but it would come with an aggressive price giving tough competition to its rivals.
