Xolo India has launched a budget smartphone for the Indian lineup, priced at Rs. 4,777. The smartphone will be available exclusively only on Amazon India and the registrations for the flash sale will open up on Thursday. There’s no word from the company when the handset will go on sale in India.
Powering the smartphone is a 1.3GHz quad-core processor clubbed with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of inbuilt expandable storage. The handset sports a 5-inch HD display with a screen resolution of 1280×720 pixels and packs a 2300mAh battery. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with standard connectivity options including GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Micro-USB.
Xolo One HD equips an 8-megapixel rear camera featuring 1.4-micron pixel size and LED flash. There is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera on board with LED flash a well.
Last week, Xolo also has launched a new variant of its Black smartphone, priced at Rs. 11,999. The all-new 3GB LPDDR3 RAM variant of the Xolo Black went up for registrations exclusively via Snapdeal and will be available in a flash sale model starting Tuesday. Apart from the 3GB of RAM, there has been no change in the innards of the new Xolo Black variant.
